Get the math mug.Nobody will ever truly understand it. It is most certainly something teachers give us because they hate us, no matter what they say. Math is pretty pointless now that we all have smart devices to do it for us. Math is a form of torture for the young minded. Don't hangout with people who like math, because they are probably a psycho serial killer.

Like the democratization of music, the democratization of Singapore math ought to force math educators in the city-state to embrace the courage imperative, by turning barriers into breakthroughs, or obstacles into opportunities, if they want to maintain an asymmetric advantage over their counterparts in other high GDP economies.
