To have a particular moment in time where you go blank and are very amateur at a certain thing.

I was trying to figure out 2 x 2 when I had a noob moment and could not figure out the answer.

Dragon moment 

A moment every stoner has. When someone who is extremely high takes a large hit of marijuana and blows lots of smoke, resembling a dragon. Being in a very high state, the person then believes they ARE a dragon. This can also apply when one is high and thinks somebody else is a dragon.

"Dude, I finally had my dragon moment last night. It was awesome."

"Dude, you had wings... and stuff. That was an awesome dragon moment."

Plainview Moment 

A "Plainview moment" is an acute and fleeting sensation of estrangement from one's community characterized by feelings of alienation and contempt for all people. Typically this phenomenon is triggered by profound disappointment with unmet expectations. An individual experiencing a Plainview moment may appear inexplicably frustrated or enraged. The Plainview moment is temporary, lasting as briefly as a few minutes or until the source of the frustration has been removed, but the intensity of the emotions experienced during these episodes can make stricken individuals extremely unpleasant or even dangerous to be around.

Named for Daniel Plainview, the fictional self-made oil tycoon and misanthropic main character played by Daniel Day-Lewis in "There Will Be Blood."

Heidi moment 

When the end of a sporting event that runs past its scheduled time slot gets preempted by other programming. Refers to the 1968 Oakland Raiders comeback over the New York Jets that NBC left prematurely to broadcast the movie "Heidi."

Wisconsin's Jordan Taylor launched a three-pointer that could have won the game. The ball was midflight when CBS switched to another game. If he'd made the shot, it would have been a Heidi moment of epic proportions.

popcorn moment

One of those precious moments in life that can only be fully enjoyed with a bag of popcorn. Most of the times these occur when two people are arguing RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.

1. Guy #1: Fuck you man, I broke up with her just last week and you're already in love with her?!
Guy #2: Hell yeah, if its love, its love. You and your fuckin chode need to man up and get over it!
Guy #1: SHIT! She told you I've got a chode?!?!
Guy #2: Nope, your mom did!
Guy #1's mom: Sorry hun..
Guy #1: SHIT!
Bystander: (thinking to self) Damn, what a popcorn moment...

2. On facebook, someone's relationship status changes to single. If the separated lovers start arguing on that status, whatever the fuck they say = a popcorn moment.

Random Hot Girl: I'm done with you, fuck off of my wall!

Wahoo Moment 

When you wake up in the middle of the night and burn a quick toke before going back to bed. Similar to a snack in the middle of the night.

I woke up at 2 am today and had a couple of one hitters, then went back to sleep for a few more hours. It was a wahoo moment.
