A human that identifies as straight to the point that they would never willingly have sex with the same gender. Straight men who have sex with other men due to being in prison are not super straight. A super straight person would not have sex with the same gender even if the only other living being on earth is another human of the same sex.
He was so super straight he still refused to have sex with another man even though he was sexually frustrated.
