ok, douchebag reminds the German word WASCHLAPPEN (washrag or flannel)...
1. A person who is living for the others and the image they might have of him. A conformist and empty personality, finally filled up with everything which is not linked with his real personality. His real personality is hidden behind the illusion of his constructed one, and appears when others catch it out... which makes of him a double douchebag
2. a person who risks nothing but pretends to risk everything
3. a person dominated by another person, animal or thing
4. a person, being too soft, soft boiled and unable to make his own decisions.

when a guy/girl that you're dating tells you they love you every single day and always smiles at you and then one day, they treat you like complete and utter crap and ignore you and everything nd put you through absolute hell and then you get home and have a message from them and they want to break up because apprently you should just "be friends" and you're like, "why couldn't you tell me this earlier and saved me a whole hell of alot of worry? oh and it would be nice if you wouldn't tell me you love me unless you mean it!" and then you find out that the next day, they've been telling all of your friends.
