A tall-top, not to be confused with a high-top, is another name for a sneaker boot that extends far above the ankle. I copped the limited edition tall-tops the other day; I heard they're selling out quick. I can't say I regret it, but they're definitely not as comfortable as most of my other shoes so they're staying in the closet until the weather hits 40°.
