Crack Clown

Crack clown is a derogative term used to make fun of or piss of your friend. A crack clown refers to a friend who resembles a clown who is a dysfunctional crack abuser. These people are often bald and quickly get upset when called a clown,crack clown, or moron. Also know as C.C.
