A phrase originating from the lower half of Scotland, devised by a comedic genius hailing from the sunny schemes of Ayrshire. Shitebaggy is a phrase used to describe an action or the way a person is acting, it is often used when the person in question is seen to be acting in a low manner or if they are scared of something.
