Red Mage

The Red Mage follows a written set of rules derived from various RPGs and handbooks. He is versatile seeing as he knows both Black and White (Arcane and Divine) magic, but does not specialize in any. He is a fairly skilled swordsman. He is a master at the ancient and holy art of Min/Maxing. The art of removing points from one skill and adding them to another in order to become more versatile and powerfull. Unfortunately, his Charisma is simply abysmal.

Red Mage did not want to cast a spell because it would make him less versatile.

Magers

A derivation of the word "Pers" which stands for personal or the amount of an item, thing, or substance that is retained and kept for personal use because it is better and higher quality. Magers is is the extreme emphasis of the word pers, and explains the absolute love, quality, and desire for that personal amount.

Bob - "Hey man, I went to McDonalds last night and ordered their Crispy Chicken, it was so pers!"

Dave - "Ya, well I ordered 2 Jr. Chicken value menu sandwiches, and they were so MAGERS!"

An intelligent person that can be a know it all and can also be kinda stupid at times but is still a good friend.

Ben: hey Bella is a bit of a magel isn't she.

Beth: yes totally.

A person who is talented both in the arts of magic and fighting techniques and are rarely seen.

white mage

A magician/wizard/whatever who is highly skilled with healing magic and does not need a staff/wand to use magic.
Most often than not,white mages are women.

A japanese band, whose leader is no other than Nobuo Uematsu, the composer of Final Fantasy-music. Black Mages music is commonly Heavy Metal versions of the original Final Fantasy battle musics.
