That perfect level of drunkness where you are just having an amazing time, laughing, having fun, and dancing. Usually 1-2 shots before blacking out.
Once the song “September” came on at the party last night, I got so jiggy and couldn’t stop smiling and dancing.

Jiggy can be used for anything, it is a beautiful word. Jiggy is a word used to express great//bad things, for example: "You are such a jiggy person!" Or "Today is not a very jiggy day :-(" Use it with caution though! 'Tis a very powerful word...
