A Gorba is a Person that is "NOT" good at something he or she is claiming to be good at but in fact would act like one while swearing to the world OR those around him or her that he is the best at what he does.

Tom was trying to install AOL on that Computer for 2 hours now without being able to while claiming the computer is broken. John went in there and had it installed in less that 2 min. Tom is just a Gorba!

I have know idea what a "gob" is or why it is common practice to smack somebody with one when they are shocked.

It seems like a rude thing to do, though.
