memory cramp

When a stimuli triggers memories causing intense feelings that may appear to be associated with shame or regret; very painful, but of a mental kind, they may be so short that one cannot comprehend the memory.

Seemingly to be a side effect of stimulants.

I think I found a scientific term for this once, but I don't remember it.

When I'm with others and clench my fist or make a squeak, I don't have to lie anymore, I can honestly say "just a memory cramp"

When you have to poop so bad you have cramps

Or when you have food poisoning you get the "poopie cramps"

I had to poop so bad I had cramps.
