Get the rodney choppermug. A person, who for no reason, decides to karate chop another person in the shin, causing major bruising. A shin chopper will rarely say sorry to their victims, and if they do, they will not mean it because they seem to think its funny.

Get the Dock the choppermug. This is very similar to a topper, one that will try to top anything you say or do with something they have done better. However, a Topper Chopper is someone that will chop a person down if they can't top them. Once they feel they are being out-topped, they will turn to trying to degrade you, rip you and insult you in any way possible, showing they are better than you.
