A term for masturbation. A reference to the Californication character, Charlie Rumkle, who was terminated from his place of employment for masturbating at his desk. A lot.

Verb: the act of masturbating to Internet porn at one's desk in the workplace.

Noun: The term used to describe masturbating to Internet porn at one's desk in the workplace.
