An unconventional "saucer" pass in hockey that was developed by an unknown trail blazer, "Satoshi Leckamato" in a small suburb of Vancouver, Canada. Although Leckamato describes the Heel Sauce as "beautiful", others have criticized the technique for its lack of control and slow release time. The Heel Sauce has yet to gain acceptance in the hockey community and is banned in Japan.

Shortly after said turn Stephanie, who previously had worn her hair straight on television, began sporting curly hair and kept the look for the next year and change. Term applied sparingly since.
