A shorting of "happening", and used like the slang usage of "scene". This word dates back at least to the 1950s, e.g., it is used in the 1959 song, "Daddy Can I Go to the Hop?" by Eddie Jones and the Cashmeres.

Only used for someone of the male persuasion. Meaning only dudes. Used when you don't want to say cute, because it's not enough, or handsome, because it is too old fashioned or hot, becuase that's too degrading. This person must make you feel happy inside and has to have a very good personality to match the good looks.

He always smiled and said the funniest things. He cared about other people and was so damn fine. Man, that dude is happable.

Hapara

Hapara refers to a computer program which teachers use to see activity on a chromebook. It allows them to close student's tabs from their own computer. It is extremely frustrating, especially when you get a high score on mope.io and the teacher closes your tab. It may be used as a noun, or be modified to verb form (Hapara'd)
