It is a manifestation of straight men's fears that may include the following. The fear of getting rounded out. The fear of sucking poop off a pole. The fear of cross dressing. The manifestation of this fear normally surfaces as guys at a bar that beet men up that seem to be looking at their butts.

That big burly guy at the bar has homophobia, be just beet up that limpy wristed fag.
