A way of calling someone a fucker without actually getting in to any trouble. It is commonly used by adults, less commonly by children. Coach drivers use it to silence loud children without the liability of being sued.

"oh, you FACKA!"

A person commonly using methamphetamine who tries to lie, hustle, scam, betray and backstab people, often people who are close to them such as friends or family and even themselves. Underminds others without regard for morals or values and does so with no kuth.

"Man did you hear what Jared did? He had the nerve to try and fanagul me for my last dollar!"

"Jared said that you wanted him to pick me up because I had to go."
"What??!! He knows I didn't mean it like that! He's such a fucking fanagular!"
