Derogatory slang term for Cajuns - people who live or lived in or around Louisiana. Etymology unknown, possibly related to the perception of loud, caustic behavior, similar to the use of zinger to describe verbal or written insults.

Zinger, or zingers is an evil weapon that Minnesotan kids from the graduating class of the 2010s decade would use to torment their peers with. The weapons were intricately made by taking apart mechanical pencils and using staples or other pieces of metal they could find to shoot other kids with. Teachers never caught on because it was insanely fast.
