Term that describes when one buys food for all his friends using his government-paid Food Stamp Card.

Chad was running out of days to use up the money on his food stamp card, so luckily for me he was willing to share the welf.

being that person with the car that has four different colored doors on your car, then you might be welfed out. When having basic cable and ESPN comes in black and white with that static sound, you might have a subscription to welf-PN.
