A person who is addicted to tweeting usually wanting to tweet about anything just to feel relieved.

An example of a tweetaholic would be a tweet like this "Tying my shoelaces." I mean does anyone really care?

I was chillin' in the tweetosphere last night when I got a tweet from my buddy telling me that he found a wheat penny on the sidewalk. I tweeted him back and told him how lucky he was!

A massive amount of tweets aiming at one specific target, in a short amount of time. Used to produce a large amount of publicity about a topic. This word was initially used by Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks radio show.
