To refrain from peeing or pooping when a bathroom or wooded area is not available. This may be a very uncomfortable situation so one should chant, "Fussicate, fussicate, fussicate," over and over again until reaching a location that allows one to relieve herself/himself or until his/her bladder or colon explodes.
