When the media incite more terror than the attack itself.

Excessive coverage which promotes a horrible attack, contributing to the goal of the attacker, generating much greater fear and panic across a wider area.

terrordome 

A large futuristic ghetto in which blacks have been forced to live against their will. Originating from the film title 'Welcome 2 the Terrordome' (1995) which concerns issues of race. Rap group Public Enemy famously titled an album after this film in 1997.

Terrorest 

A person victimized by terrorism, either directly (by being injured or made homeless by a bomb, for instance) or indirectly (by being forced by extortion or taxation to pay for bombs, or by having your ethnic group or religion scapegoated because you share it with a terrorist group, for instance).

"She called me a terrorist because my taxes paid for the bullets that killed her family, and the training of the people who shot them. That doesn't make me a terrorist, though - it makes me, like her, a terrorest! I'm glad I live in a district where I can vote for a member of the Squad, who want to protect the terrorest!"
