SNOOZEFISHING branches off from the word "Catfishing". SNOOZEFISHING is when someone pretends to be less aware or clueless or pretends to know less than they actually do in order to establish good rapport with a possible mate like app dating except they dont really want to "hookup" Often they know about you before you know them, possibly through the grapevine and gossip. They know your likes and dislikes and often use dislikes to create and uncomfortable situation for you to be manipulated and or leave quickly before actually getting into a date. More importablty get you to a specific location for whatever reason or to leave a location..

I went on a hookup, so i thought, but ended up being with a snoozefishing guy sweetalk but no walk. i left after 10 min.
