A colloquial phrase that can be used in various ways deviating from the literal translation, "rape the fart".

the scuttlebutt: rumor/gossip. It's actually a nautical term for a cask used to serve water for immediate consumption. Sailors would gossip around the scuttlebutt while congregating for a drink of water.

Sailors always congregate around the scuttlebutt to find out the latest gossip on the ship!

Scuttlebutt

A strip club located in Slidell, Louisiana which is about 30 minuets away from new orleans. Any one who lives here could tell you that Scuttlebutt is a strip club full of white trash/chunky/nasty chicks.
