A word Americans use to refer to BL or yaoi even though the Japanese don't even use it. The Japanese don't even use the term yaoi really either anymore.

Shounen-ai in Japan means pedophilia.

This stinky weeb went to Japan asking where to buy shounen-ai and got arrested.
