Used to proclaim one's total and overwhelming agreement with a statement or opinion.

Secco- from the English "seconded; -duz from the English "dozen".

-duz refers to the act of "seconding" a dozen (or more times), much like the biblical reference to "40 days" meaning any long period of time.
