To do something with a complete disregard for others, in a stupid or sometimes funny manner, usually involves lying.

To tell a lie about something that wouldn't seem important so it is perceived to be truth by the person to whom the lie is told.

"Did you hear that lie that he just told?"

Schubert Syndrome

The syndrome that can only be born with. There is nothing physically wrong with the human, but they're fucking idiots. Very few people like them. To be born with Schubert syndrome, they need to be the second youngest child of a family with 4 children. They have 2 brothers and 1 sister. They're selfish and dick heads.
