Spoiler for the Rockman.EXE Saito: Saito Hikari is the unknown name of the protagonist. He is known much better as the one and only Rockman.EXE, the Net Navi of Hikari Netto, the second Protagonist. Saito (only in the game and manga) is Netto's twin brother, who had died of a disease. His father, Yuuichiro Hikari, had been unwilling to accept his son's death, and transferred his entire consciousness to that of a Customized Network Navigator. The two, unlike any pair of NetOp and NetNavi, begin to share a mental link, and have special powers known only to them. Unfortunately, in the Anime Series, Saito does not exist, and is just known as Rockman.EXE, and Rockman.EXE alone.

Second Note: There is a slight pun towards their name. Being an anime series focusing around that of the internet, they were named Netto and Saito. Noticing this, they are pronounced almost exactly like that of Net and Site.

A low level form of life normally found attached to the mens testicular area, more like a leach but will only go for the male gender, it how ever will not go for the female gender as it afraid of them. As it jumps from hosts genitals to genitals it also leaves a feeling of shame and remorse. But it you happen to find one attached to you genitals remove it like a bandaid as it will suck the life out of you. and if caught place in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour with a nice verity of spices with a couple of diced lemons and green peppers, Or or can be used as a very nice wall mount. or if stuffed a punching bag.

Saito Hajime

The captain of the 3rd squad of the Shinsengumi during the Bakamatsu in Japan in the 1800s. He later went on to be a police man by the name of Goro Fujita. He has also been incarnated in Rurouni Kenshin and has skills only second to Kenshin and uses his signature technique, the Gatotsu a powerful attack that is nearly unstoppable and was only evaded by Kenshin. He is probably the 3rd strongest and most skilled swordsman in the Rurouni Kenshin series(Kenshin being first and Hiko being second). He is also the only real main character in the series. He has thin eyes and wheres a police man suit.

Saito Hajime was the captain of the third squad of the Shinsengumi.
