In South America, a "saco de wasted" is a saco de huevas ('sack of balls' in english) that is wasted. Instead of the usual "saco de huevas" (which means an extremely stupid and egocentric guy), this stupid mf is wasted.

Saco River Water Buffalo

The largest of Fat adult females who try to squeeze into the bathing suits of of 12 year old, then find the most public place to show themselves off. Like a public beach or river. These "Buffalo" usually consider themselves to be among the hottest "things" there as the rest of us see them as the fattest and most vile.

My best friend Josh threw up when a Saco River Water Buffalo rose out of the lake and to kiss him. (or eat, were not sure.??.)
