When someone populocks, he/she is trying to lock all the popular kids in his class. He is trying to be the only one who is hanging out with those kids, just for them to think they're cool.

Poplocking

A humorous name to call a meth addict when they cannot control their body movements or nervous system. They'll try to play it off but they can't and so they look like an incompetent pop locker.

Oh my goodness, that freak is poplocking so hard he's going to hit himself in the head!
