1. When your testicles come in contact with a vagina. This is almost always achieved when the the male penetrates the females vagina as deeply as he can, so that his scrotum comes in contact with the vagina.

This can also be known as going "balls deep".

2. An insult to a male. See chickenshit.

Pissballs

When an older mans penis has shrunk but his balls have become larger and saggier than ever and you piss on them when you sit down to pee.
This happens when you have a weak piss stream, to overcome that you need a good initial pee blast so the urine doesn't drip down your ballsack and then lastly and sadly into the toilet bowl.
This is when you have "Pissballs".

It's sad enough that I sit down to pee but it's very humiliating when I piss on my own balls when I don't use enough pressure to shoot out a strong stream into the toilet bowl.
I experience pissballs at least once a week.
