Pinballing

When you grab someone's testicles and stretch them with such force that they snap back to their body, it’s like the action of a pinball machine launching its ball. The sensation is akin to pulling a spring to its limit, and then releasing it, resulting in an immediate and powerful recoil as the testicles are violently propelled back to their original position. The sudden and intense motion creates a jarring, painful impact that reverberates throughout the area, leaving the individual with a sharp and lingering discomfort.
I started pinballing jimmy so hard his balls went right back inside him.

ADHD Pinballing

Bouncing around on a lot of tasks for a little progress on each. Doing a large amount of work with very few things completed. Complete lack of dedication to one task. Common among those with ADHD
I took an Adderall and pinballed for an afternoon and now my place looks messier than it started, but I swear I got a lot done.
Joe doesn't have much completed because he's been ADHD Pinballing on 17 things all day.
