Think of "overeater" but in the Twitter realm. Someone who tweets way too often, especially when they have their twitter connected to their facebook so you have to see their stupid inane tweets every three minutes on your newsfeed.

Overtweeter. Overeater. Same concept.

Overstreeting

Overstreeting is when someone sees a project they like, but a smaller less popular person is already working on one, then the person that sees it, goes and immediately makes one and because of fame, his project gets more popularity even if his is worse looking.

I do not want to commit the act of Overstreeting against him. He made it first, so I am gonna let him get some fame with his project before I go do mine.
