The Oromo people are the largest ethnic group in East Africa. A friendly people with a rich culture and much wisdom. They speak Affan Oromo or Oromiffa. They are located in Southern Ethiopia.

Most of Ethiopia's long distance runners are Oromo.

Popolo is the Hawaiian word meaning “black”.

A black man in Hawaii is often called (slang) “olopop”, which is “popolo” backwards. It’s not necessarily derogatory, it’s just a colloquial way of saying “black man”.

Olomouc
