A napper is anyone who naps someone or something that does not belong to them
Nap is slang for stealing or taking without permission

Definition of Napper : anyone who takes a person or thing without permission

Napping victim : Dingo took my baby it (napped) it right off the porch

Police officer : ma’am you expect me to believe that a dingo came from out of nowhere and (napped) your baby
Napping victim : officer you have to believe me my baby was (kidnapped) by that damn dingo it took my baby

A very useful invention. An easy chair with a built-in toilet, color TV, phone and refrigerator (full of beer of course), designed to eliminate the need to move.

Wow, thanks to my new Napper Crapper 9000, I can watch the game, guzzle beer, and never have to go to the bathroom! That lever on the side flushes the toilet!

a large "A Team" like van used to kidnap children, also usually driven by huderites to illegally seat 12 or more children

Napper's High

the feeling of grogginess and confusion after waking up from a nap that lasted anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. although this can sometimes be considered a bad feeling, the euphoria and feeling of being rejuvenated is invigorating. In the most serious of cases, the napper may even wake up speaking of absurd dreams due to their confused state of being.

Robbie: "Man you're toasted right now, what did you smoke?"
Max: "Nothing I just took a 2-hour nap"
Robbie: "ah napper's high, sounds chill"

I threw just one of the Yapper Napper Treats to my neighbor’s dog and heard her snap it up in a second; it was no yapping after that, I slept like a baby!
