It can be used in a number of ways.

*a guy misses a very important shot in a game of snooker and says* "ahhh you f*****g Muffwagger!"

* a really good looking woman passes a guy and he responds* "good shes a well muffwagger!"

Originaly a girl with a hairy matted up coota wearing a short dress and no undies.

Now just used as a negative term towards a view or opinion of someone

No 1: Ewww look at her *discusted look*
No 2: Yeahh she is so muffage
