Related to Caps LOL, this is when a word or phrase is funnier written in capital letter than in lower case letters. Often used in online messaging.

Person B: You set his HAIR ON FIRE!

Person A: Yeah! Hahaha! LOLCAPS DUDE!

Person B: HA HA!
