A city in the northern suburbs of Perth, filled with apartments, shops, industrial area and a train station that's home to the biggest faggots on all of Perth. The train 'rats' as they are referred to or derros run rampant throughout the city and often can be found sharing a goon bag amoungst 20+people at 'Turtle Pond' (which is actually joondalup tafe campus). These rats mug, steal, and vandalize and are actually the deffinnition of scum. The joondalup delinquents are on the very bottom of society.
