“Jily ” is a ship between James Potter (Harry Potter’s father) and Lily Evans Potter (Harry Potter’s mother.)
Fan arts or fan fiction with the Jily ship in it have James Potter constantly asking Lily Evans out, and Lily rejecting him.
Eventually, (if the ship is Jily and not another) Lily says yes to James.
