Incompetental

Incompetental describes the worst possible level of competence possible, specifically related to services.

This word originated from the extremely bad level of competence demonstrated by Continental Airlines. It was originally only used as a word to describe the level of competence of Continental Airlines, which is basically non-existent.

It doesn't matter that passengers of Continental Airlines get shown a video of the CEO speaking, telling them how important their customers are to them, and how they strive to provide the best service possible. Either non of Continental's employees have seen this video, or they best service they can provide is, kick your foot repeatedly while you are trying to sleep, because part of it is in the hallway.

This airline is just so incompetental!
