The British English version of frowzee or frowzy.
A girl that is really ugly and no one would ever want to get with.

Used to describe the just woken up look that someone has first thing in the morning.

Can be identified by partially open eyes that have a slightly dazed and confused look, and is normally accompanied with some sort of bed head.
