In the sales world, when your fee quickly gets diminished from X to X-50+%. Damn.

So then I realized my client was related to the other party, and since I had no leverage in negotiating this deal the landlord gave me a feectomy and reduced my fee by HALF!!

de-friendectomy

The act of cutting out the de-friending of a Facebook friend. In other words, adding someone back after they are removed from the friend list on someone's Facebook page.

Joe was de-friended?? no way! Bob needs to perform a Joe de-friendectomy, i.e. re-friend Joe now!
