It is similar to the definition of for-sure. However, forsurf means that you will commit depending on how passionate you are about the topic at hand. One can either be extremely eager or on the fence about the the answer they want to give, only a true friend can translate the forsurf conviction of the example.

forspill

Forspill is a common Norwegian term which means literally "foreplay." It refers to drinking much alcohol before going out on the town. The purpose is to not only get very inebriated but to save money on alcohol. In Norway, a drink in a bar is very expensive, maybe $8 a beer, so it is frugal thinking to drink beforehand. Forspill usually occurs in someone's home in a very social setting. Sometimes it is spelled as forspiel. The practice is very socially accepted and bars will not usually deny anyone entrance, regardless of how drunk one is. Similar to America term pre-funk

Nattspill refers to drinking after the bars close, literally "night play."

Can be used in sigular as well, which adds that extra street-cred to make you appear more of a hipster.
