This is a district from Bucharest where half or more of the population are "romi" and the other part romanians. In some places it is beautiful but in other dirty places it is "the third world".

Fermented Love

Under the influence of alcohol, thinking you're in love (really, lust) with someone, when really you are just drunk. The person usually seems prettier in fermented love than in reality. Also, the person seems better.

you: nah dude! i wasn't drinking!

Fermenting

Someone who sits on a couch for far too long is fermenting, and should generally be beaten to a pulp and stuffed into a bottle with brewers yeast for two weeks. This creates an incredibly potent and mind numbing alcohol... Goes great with twice baked potatoes.

(v) the act of depriving a substance of oxygen while it goes through cell respiration. Several things can come of fermentation,lactic acid in an animal cell and ethanol (alcohol) in a plant cell. In certain plant cells such as grain and grapes adding yeast during the fermentation process can cause it to create desirable alcohol such as wine and different types of hard alcohol or beer. It should be noted that drinking alcohol from grain plain is not practical and it must be added to a substance to create an edible drink e.g. vodka

Frimentalship is a relationship between two people that are friends who have a mental start to it by going through a bad situation romantically and start out having a sexual relationship but then grows into a relationship like no other that exceeds all love on any level it is friends in love with mentalness. Foreskin Fermenter

When you sew your foreskin closed to ferment whatever smegma is under it into a beautiful stinky green cheese that you later spread on bread.

I put my foreskin fermenter to work last night and it seems that I just have to wait for the sweet green cheese to be ready.
