Customer: I’ll take some of those one dollar scratch-off tickets right there.
Cashier: Sure, how many would you like?
Customer: A Cowboy's Dozen (throws money on counter)
Cashier: (counts money) Soooo, seven then?
Customer: I reckon.
Cashier: Good luck!

Could also be used to exaggerate a story:
Derek: How much money did he say he won on that bet?
Jeff: A Cowboy’s $300.
Derek: Meaning?
Jeff: $200

Over the counter pills (usually caffinated) consumed with the intent of keeping one self awake. Commonly exaggerated to be a very potent substitue for sleep. In reality one tablet is the equivalent to two cups of coffe.

Man, I'm glad I took that no doze before class today. I was so sleepy.

A common phrase, possibly coined by Ade Edmondson in the classic british sitcom 'Bottom' and blockbuster 'Guest House Paradiso'.

Richie: Okey-dokey. I'll distract his attention, you swipe the leg.

Eddie: Righty-dokey matey-bloke flap old salty sea-dog amigo skip-jack jockstrap piano-tuner, let's see you balls this one up!
