Quite possibly the most offensive name to call somebody. Used only in situations in which the person being called douchqueef is incapacitated or unconsious.

Peter, you are such a douchqueef for falling off the porche and bleeding out of your ears just now.

When someone is being a huge douche and acting like a queen. Or if a girl is being a douche but you don't want to call her a cunt

Girl: You have to clean up this mess or there will be consequences
