An insult suggesting that someone is not only sub-standard, but that he is incorrect by thinking that he is even up to par. A play on delusions of grandeur.
Clearly not the sharpest tool in the shed, Carl nonetheless suffered from delusions of adequacy.

Decisionist

Someone who discriminates solely based on the decisions of an individual made in life. Factors such as race, height, weight, sex, and nationality do not come into play. However a decisionist may discriminate due to appearance if that individuals appearance is commonly associated with a group that the decisionist does not like the decisions of.
A decisionist is someone that doesn't like gangsters or the white guys that try to be gangster can discriminate against both of them equally, thus their actions are not racially motivated and the race card can't be pulled

Delusions of Grand Jury

The thing that a court jury demonstrates when they make decisions and rulings based more on beliefs outside of law, or to appear more important than their jury position entails. It usually involves decisions based on facts that don't pertain to the actual charges in any way.

It doesn't have to be a grand jury. That just makes the pun work is all.
Everyone knew that Mr. Chang was a dangerous assassin, but the prosecution had no legal evidence whatsoever. Luckily, the jury showed delusions of grand jury by sentencing him to death. See in this one, the grand jury reference does make sense.

The jurors exhibited delusions of grand jury when they convicted the man solely on the basis that he liked to carve wooden figurines.

Delusionalist

Someone who uses ancient belief systems to explain the world around them. These belief systems are not grounded in reality and only serve to help the person cope with things they cannot understand. The delusionalist thinks the burden is on the evidence to reconcile itself with his delusions.
Is he a schizophrenic? No, he's a delusionalist.

An all encompassing organization of omniscient individuals with diametrically opposing views on anything and everything who are so tightly wound around their own confirmation bias they fail to realize that everyone does not agree with their point of view.
Members of the Delusionati stood on both sides of the street protesting and convinced that everyone except the idiots on the other side of the street agreed with their beliefs.
