Get the deima mug.The belief that God (or some form of deity or divine creator) exists, but plays no interactive role in our day to day lives
The founding fathers of the United States were largely deists.

Get the deism mug.A group of religions similar to pan-theism, but with a deist outlook on the nature of God. Pan-deists believe that God is immanent in the universe - basically that God is everything and everything is God. However, unlike pan-theism, God is not a conscious or active being, but non-personal and non-interventory.
Diffs from panen-theism/panen-deism, which believe that even though God is immanent in the universe, he also transcends it (exists outside of it partly). Also spelt pandeism.

Oh ignore that dude, he's a pan-deist - he sees the divine in a pinecone even.
I never said that nature has a soul or conciousness - you need to read up on pan-deism to understand.
Hinduism is not pan-deistic; it's panen-theistic.

Get the pan-deism mug.Deidara is a fictional charecter from the well-known anime series, Naruto.
Deidara is a well-known member of the Akatsuki originating from Iwagakure, who generally mistaken for a girl and has the most fangirls or *ahem* fanboys in some cases. He is well known for his catchphrase "Art is a bang!", being an explosionist, having more than subtle feminine looks and the fringe covering one eye. He rarely appeared in the original Naruto series, but plays a big part in Shippuden.
It is sometimes said that Deidara has more fangirls thanItachi and Sasuke, the Uchiha brothers.
He is also well recognised for adding "Un", or in the English dubbed versions "Yeah" at the end of every sentance. The mouths on both of his palms are usually a suprise to opponents and can be formiddable, he uses them to chew up plastic clay and create a bomb.

Example #2: You cosplay Deidara and i'll beSasori.

Get the Denisa mug. He's one of the most awesome characters of Naruto Shippuden. He is part of the Akatsuki, an evil organiztion. His original partner was Sasori, until he got killed by Sakura and Chiyo. Now his partner is Tobi, but Deidara finds him annoying. Deidara has mouths on his palms and one on his chest. He uses the mouths on his palms to chew explosive clay and spit out sculptures, which then blow up and can move. He's the artist of the Akatsuki.
Deidara is often said to be a girl. He's not! Yes, his hair is longer than mine, but that's the only feminine ressemblance he has. The hair is long and he keeps it in a ponytail but he has part of it covering one of his eyes. He has blue eyes and blond hair.
Deidara is probably one of the most popular characters, despite him being a bad guy. He even has more fangirls than Itachi or Sasuke.
I am personally his fangirl also. Thus, I was pissed when he died. He died fighting Sasuke. In fact Deidara blew himself up, but he thought Sasuke would die with him but Sasuke didn't die. He was perfectly fine. So Deidara died in vain.
Deidara was a bomber, and believed true art was found in the moment, that it was fleeting. He's from Iwagakure, the village hidden in the rocks.
Deidara is often adding "un", "yeah", or "hm" to the end of sentences. His catchphrase is "Art is an explosion" or "Art is a bang".

(To Sasuke) "You think you're so cool! And those eys make me sick! Always judging me... and my art! You have no appreciation of the beauty of my work... and it makes me want to kill you!"
