Cutapillared: to accidentally cut an internet or telephone cable while digging for construction or other reasons.

A play on the term "Caterpillar" an American brand of heavy construction equipment including various forms of backhoe, which have been known to accidentally cut underground telecommunications cables.

My internet has been out all day since the fiberoptic cable was cutapillared by the construction crew next door.
