Crazy old lady. Particularly of the hoarding variety. Includes the loud and or mumbling sort you see stumbling around stores buying tons of random stuff. Known to have crazy eyes and pet hair all over their clothes. Usually loners but often travel in packs of twos. Do not approach them, as they are prone to yelling and ranting.

Emma: Hey, did you see your sister today?
Jennifer: Heck no! She's a hoarder! You can't walk through her house without getting buried in junk and it reeks of piss and wet dogs!
